Documents, letters and information which are provided free of charge by the Law Practice are provided without any specific and professional legal advice and assistance having been given.

As such, the documents, letters and/or information is for general purposes only, has not been customised to any specific circumstances and is used at the User’s own absolute risk. Warranty by Users

Users warrant as follows:

they are authorised to act for the individual, company or other enterprise upon whose behalf they use and access the Site;
they are authorised to act for the individual, company or other enterprise upon whose behalf they engage the Law Practice; and
the information that they provide to the Site and the Law Practice is accurate and current and that they are not infringing any intellectual property licences by provision of the information.

Service by email

Users warrant that the email address provided by them to the Law Practice is a valid email address which is sufficiently secure, reliable and otherwise suitable for the receipt of legal letters and correspondence.

All tax invoices, correspondence and notices from the Law Practice will be forwarded to the email address provided by the User and no liability will be incurred by the Law Practice for any failure of a User to receive same.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the Site and all email or other correspondences are free from computer viruses and other malicious code, the Law Practice shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any computer hardware or software caused by any malicious or erroneous code infecting or affecting the Site or any email or other correspondence.

Changes to the Terms

The Law Practice may amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the amended Terms on the Site. Users agree and acknowledge that publication of varied Terms and Conditions is sufficient notice to you of any amendments.

Cancellation and suspension

Applicable law
